Mr. Lai, the owner/keeper, was great. He provided me a lot of good information, such as tourist attractions, where to eat, transportation, etc. He loaned me his bike, so I was able to go to the ferry harbor/terminal before its closing at 5 PM. With his bike, I visited all the local tourist attractions. He even arranged transportation (taxi) for me and another guest to go to the ferry harbor/terminal very early next morning.

the customer service was amazing and the room was very clean and we got a free upgrade as she could see we had a lot of bags! even though she didn't speak much English, we were still able to communicate very well.

Because of sudden complications with the public transportation, I didn't manage to get to the hostel on time but the staff was really helpful and I could do a self-check-in later.

Really nice staff who can help if you don’t speak much Mandarin. Large room and comfortable bed.

Well located not far from the fish market with lots of food. Staff was very friendly and told us where to visit. Place is clean.
